Policies for Daycare & Boarding

To ensure the safety and health of your dog(s), we require all clients to comply with the following policies. Safety is our priority and this environment is not suitable for all dogs. Although we wish we could accept every dog, we only accept dogs that are well socialized, healthy, and friendly to all dogs and people.

All dogs must pass a pre-screening meet & greet before attending daycare or staying overnight. A ½ day of daycare or an overnight may be required before booking a reservation or attending daycare or boarding. Our staff will inform you if other steps are necessary. Meet & greets are by appointment only.

Even after your dog has been approved, behavior changes can occur. We reserve the right to remove your dog from our play groups. If your dog gets into a dog fight, for the safety of all, they will not be allowed back in our social groups.

• No unneutered males or unspayed females over the age of 8 months.
• Dogs must be crate trained.
• A negative fecal test (with-in a year) is required at the meet and greet.
• Proof of Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper are current, they will be kept on file and must be up to date each time your dog visits.
• Flea and tick medication required.
• Dogs that are overly stressed, (i.e. panting, barking, or crying excess) will not be accepted.
• You must have owned your dog for at least 3 months before scheduling a meet & greet. This allows them to settle into their new environment before introducing them into a play group environment.
• Dogs over 12 years old will not be accepted.
• In order to purchase a daycare package, we require your dog completes 3 days of daycare. 
• Daycare reservations will be billed $10 for no-shows or cancellations the day of. Late daycare pick-ups will be charge $25 for the first 15 min after 6pm. After 6:15pm will result in dog(s) spending the night (boarding rate).
• Boarding appointments require a 24-hour notice or will be billed for one night ($70). 
• Training lessons require a 24-hour cancellation or will be billed $30. Training Consultations require a 48-hour cancellation or forfeitures of deposit ($100).  
• We are closed on Major Holidays:
  

  Although our office is closed for pick-ups/drop-offs and daycare on Major Holiday days, our kennel is still fully staffed to care for your boarding pup. During major holidays we require a 3-night minimum reservation.

Phone Hours: We do our best to answer the phone during our open hours, but being a smaller facility we may be helping another customer or in a new client appointment.
