Policies for Daycare & Boarding

To ensure the safety and health of your dog(s), we require that all clients comply with the following policies. Safety is our priority and this environment is not suitable for all dogs. Although we wish we could accept every dog, we only accept dogs that are well socialized, healthy, and friendly to all dogs and people.

All dogs must pass a pre-screening meet & greet before attending daycare or staying overnight. A ½ day or an overnight may be required before booking a reservation or attending daycare or boarding. Our staff will inform you if other steps are necessary. Meet & greets are by appointment only.

Even after your dog has been accepted, behavior changes can occur. We reserve the right to remove your dog from our play groups. If your dog gets into a dog fight, for the safety of all, they will not be allowed back in our social groups.

No unneutered males over the age of 8 months.

Dogs must be crate trained.

A negative fecal test (with-in a year) is required at the meet and greet.

Proof of rabies, bordetella, and distemper are up to date, they will be kept on file and must be up to date each time your dog visits.

Flea and tick medication required.

Dogs that are overly stressed, (i.e. excessive panting, barking, or crying) will not be accepted.

You must have owned your dog for at least 3 months before scheduling a meet & greet. This allows them to settle into their new environment before introducing them into a play group environment.

Dogs over 12 years old will not be accepted

In order to purchase a daycare package, we require your dog to complete 5 days of daycare. 

Training appointments need a 48-hour cancellation or 50% of the reservation will be billed. Boarding appointments need a 24-hour notice or 50% of the reservation will be billed. Daycare reservations will be billed $5 for cancellations day of.

We are closed on major holidays

Although our office is closed for pick-ups, drop off's, and daycare on major holidays, our kennel is still fully staffed to care for your boarding pups. During holidays we require a 3 night minimum reservation.

Phone Hours: We do our best to answer the phone during our open hours, but being a smaller facility we may be helping another customer or in a new client appointment. Please leave us a voicemail so we can get back to you. New client inquiries are handled by our office staff Tuesday – Friday from 8am to 6pm & Saturdays from 8am to 12:30pm. Please note we tend to be a few weeks to a month out for meet and greet appointments. We are staffed lightly in the office on Saturday afternoons and Sunday’s.
